Job Summary: The Monitoring
Evaluation and Learning Manager will oversee the monitoring, evaluation and
learning activities including: development of protocols consisting of data
collection tools, samples, quality assurance methods and analysis plans for
surveys, focus group discussions and community-based mortality surveillance;
and implementation of protocols to collect and analyse data and report. The
incumbent will provide training, mentorship and supervision for data collection
by project staff, collaborate with district biostatistician and short-term data
collectors and enumerators.

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The ideal candidate must hold a qualification
in Statistics, Public Health, Population Studies, Quantitative Economics
or a related field - A minimum of three years of related work
experience - Experience in use of Spreadsheet computer
applications, Open Data Kit and statistical software packages. - Experience of DHIS2, MTRAC will be an
added advantage. - Ability to communicate clearly and with
confidence - Motorcycle riding permit will be an asset.
