Job Summary: The Marketing
Supervisor will execute product & branch supports by identifying,
developing and implementing marketing plan(s) to drive the Bank’s businesses
aimed at achieving set targets, in addition to designing and reviewing
marketing communication messages and ensuring execution of
marketing/promotional plans in line with Divisional work plan.

Responsibilities:

Support Marketing activities for all branches assigned including;
- Periodic visits to all territorial
Branches to profile business opportunities, - Support all Branch Marketing activities
(promotions and deposit mobilization drives) - Promotion of new Branches/Service Centres
- Mentor and train Branch Staff on how to
promote new products and increase the Bank’s cross selling opportunities
at every point of contact with customers - Plan and draft budget for all Customers
Week for Western Branches in liaison with respective Branch Managers - Tasked with the distribution of
promotional items/materials to all territorial branches - Preparation and submission of field
reports on all activities executed during Branch supports to guide future
business drives
Product support (credit products & other assigned products)
- Review Market Audit & liaise with
Credit team/Business Growth to generate businesses where openings have
been identified - Support the launch and promotion of new
credit products/schemes & other products assigned to - Participate in credit product review
meetings with Agency prior to product launches - Coordinating regular progress review
meetings for launched products/schemes with credit team to measure
performances against desired objectives
Review proposals/requests submitted to the Bank and advise management
on appropriate action to be taken:

- Identify and analyse business
opportunities, branding opportunities and customer retention avenues from
all proposals submitted to the Bank - Review & advise Management on
appropriate steps to undertake - Negotiating all proposed prices to ensure
they fit within the departmental budget
Coordinate and participate in Bank’s promotional activities (trade
shows, exhibitions & PR events)

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:

- The ideal candidate for the Centenary Bank
Marketing Supervisor job placement should hold a Bachelors’ Degree in
Business Studies preferably B. Com/BBA-Marketing option, - A professional qualification in CIM is an
added advantage - A minimum of three years of related
experience in Marketing preferably in a busy service industry - Excellent report writing skills
- Ability to plan, budget and manage the
marketing budget - Ability to work independently
- Creativity in problem solving and People
Management - Excellent communication, interpersonal and
negotiation skills - Good team player
