Administrative Officer
the BTVET Act 2008 to streamline, regulate and coordinate examinations and
awards in the Allied Health Profession in Uganda. It is composed of thirteen
(13) members drawn from the constituencies involved in Health Training, Stake
Holders and Professionals.
Assistant will provide proper store management and stock taking.
Responsibilities:
- Tasked with receiving supplies at the time
of delivery - In charge of ensuring proper storage of
all supplies. - Receive requests of supplies from the
respective user departments. - In charge of raising purchase requisitions
in consultation with the user departments - Tasked with distributing the required
supplies to the user departments. - Taking record of whatever supplies that
have been received and distributed. - Maintain up to date store records
- Tasked with regular/ periodic stock taking
- Prepare the necessary reports from time to
time - Perform any other duties as may be
assigned to you by the supervisor
Experience:
- The applicant should be a Ugandan who
possesses a Diploma in Procurement & Logistics, Supplies and Stores
Management or any other related field from a recognized institution - A minimum of two years’ experience in the
same or related position in a public or reputable private institution and
familiar with stores related reports. Invoicing and stocktaking - High level of integrity
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability in stores management
