• Clerical: The Office Attendant will
  provide support to departments as the requests come such as shredding
  paper for HR and other requests.
• Stock: You count grocery stock
  every Friday and submit counts every Monday with stock alerts.
• Welfare: The jobholder will
  also prepare breakfast every morning and monitor serving of lunch to HQ
  employees and guests including investors and board members.
• Groceries: Tasked with the requisition
  for all office premises groceries and cleaning supplies and submit for
  payments and pick them up from the supplies. The incumbent will refill the
  water filters and provide cleaning and sanitary materials to office
  premises.
• Cleaning: The Office Attendant
  will sweep and mop the office premises including the utensils, lower and
  upper floor, annex, toilets, compound, guest villa and guest house to
  ensure that the office premises are clean.
