disaster, conflict and poverty. They provide humanitarian aid to people in need
regardless of a person’s religious background, affiliation or experience.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities:  
  • The Procurement/Inventory Assistant schedules
    materials purchases and deliveries, o Review and place purchase orders
  • The jobholder also maintain inventory
    using computerized system, verify stock levels and keep accurate records.



Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree
    in Business related to Inventory management, Logistics & Procurement.
  • At least two years of relevant experience
    in Inventory management & Procurement.
  • Proficient in MS office programs such
    Excel.
