around 600 people.
Insights Officer will be responsible for owning the product insights engine, through
data collection, analysis and reporting; allowing the R&D team to focus product
interventions and improve customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Plan: Organise own time to ensure data
collection across the company and externally, including field
visits to clients and product competitors/suppliers. - Do: Run the product insights
engine each month through insertion of data and create a monthly
report with easy to use information for others to act on.
Further data manipulation exercises with reports as required based
on insights such as market baselining and individual product
analysis. - Check: Verification of data and excel
models to ensure all information is correct. Ensure engine is
working as required and suggest updates to improve its process. - Act: Update the product
insights engine to enable clear information on product performance and
customer satisfaction across the team and company. Create
tips based on insights gained to enable product improvement.

Experience:
- The ideal candidate should preferably hold
a Bachelor’s Degree - Previous experience in the Use of
word/writer and excel/calc to review information and data in academic or
work based environment. - Computer literacy i.e. skills in Excel/Word/Powerpoint
- Good team player
