• Develop a sustainable and measurable
  business model for French Sector across the Ugandan market.
• The jobholder will articulate and
  implement the business strategy for French Sector across Uganda in alignment
  with broader Bank strategy.
• To assist the CIB and PBB business in
  building strategic focus by providing analysis around market share growth,
  client segments, products and channels.
• To quantify and provide the management
  team with analysis of the impact of economic and market trends and changes
  to customer requirements and competitors to support performance management
  and strategy development.

• Conduct internal/external research on
  subject matters required by the CE and/or her management team in relation
  to the French Sector
• Write up research reports on the above and
  present / disseminate to the relevant stakeholders

• Carry out internal/external research on
  subject matters required by the Head of TPS and/or her management team
• Write up research reports on the above and
  present / disseminate to the relevant stakeholders

• The ideal candidate for the Stanbic Bank
  Business Banker job opportunity should hold a Bachelor’s degree in
  Commerce or Marketing
• Possession of a post graduate degree would
  be considered an advantage
• A minimum of three to five years’
  management experience in Marketing or Business Consulting
• Previous exposure and experience in
  conducting research and analytics
• Fluent French is essential
• Working experience in a client facing role
• Ability to communicate at all levels of
  the organisation both internally and externally
• Excellent interpersonal, communication,
  presentation and organisational skills
