Assistant should be highly energetic and possess a personal initiative to provide administrative
and finance support to the organization.
Responsibilities:
- The Administrative Assistant will manage and oversee office
administrative, and finance operations and policies in the organization.
This will include settlement of financial bills that fall due. - Offer
general logistic support to the office and ensure the smooth running of
the office. - In
consultation with the Administrative Manager, research, negotiate and
renew all office suppliers. - Order
and procure all necessary office supplies and services. - Ensure
compliance with all legal and administrative requirements, including local
authority licenses, registration requirements, etc. - Process
work permits and immigration related matters for foreign staff. - Hire
and supervise any part-time administrative staff in office. - Assist
in preparation of meetings, conferences and seminars. - Support the HR and I.T functions when
called upon.
Experience:
- The
Administrative Assistant should possess a basic degree Business Administration/finance or a related field. - At
least three to four years’ work experience in a similar field. - Extraordinary
initiative, creativity and capacity to think strategically. - Ability
to communicate clearly and effectively with a diverse array of people. - Team
spirit and respectful working and decision-making style. - Ability
to manage several simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent
organizational skills and close attention to detail. - Integrity,
diplomacy and professionalism will be essential. - Willingness
to travel as needed.
