Experience:
- The ideal candidate should be a Ugandan
who possesses an Honours Bachelors Degree in either Public Policy or
Social Sciences (Sociology, Social Administration, Political Science and
Public Administration, Economics with a paper in Policy Analysis) or
Development Studies with a module in Policy Analysis and Planning from a
recognized University/ Institution, plus minimum of a Post Graduate
Diploma in Public Policy or Economic Policy and Planning or Economic
Policy Management from a recognized University/ Institution. - Applicants should have a minimum of six
(6) years relevant working experience, three (3) of which should have been
served at the level of Senior Policy Analyst or Senior Economist or Senior
Statistician in Government or equivalent level of relevant experience from
a reputable organisation.

first page of the Application Form No. 3 (2008). Applicants should attach three
sets of photocopies of their certificates and testimonials. Applicants
subsequently shortlisted for oral interviews shall be required to present
certified copies and original of their academic transcripts and certificates at
the time of sitting the Oral Interviews. Applicants should attach three (3)
