Job Summary: The Operations
Officer will be responsible for providing logistical support to program
activities in procurement, distribution, material management and contingency
operations as well as fuel and vehicle management.

Experience:
Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the American
Refugee Committee (ARC) International Operations Officer job opportunity must
hold a University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business
Management or relevant degree. - Possession of a post graduate Diploma in
Procurement or Supply Chain Management or CIPS is an added advantage. - At least four years’ experience working in
the field of program and/or Logistics and Operations in an INGO. - Extensive knowledge of standard INGO and
Donor procurement procedures and practices. - Excellent writing and communication
skills, including proven report writing skills.
