Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- The Sales & Marketing Officer will be
receiving customer laboratory orders and initiating order processing in
line with set procedures - Handling technical customer inquiries to
customer satisfaction according to pharmaceuticals standards of selling
drugs and NMS procedures - In charge of monitoring consumption rate
versus shelf life of stock in accordance with NMS sales procedure - Tasked with matching customer needs with
available stock including advising customers on probable alternatives - The jobholder will also be preparing sales
monthly reports in line with the sales and marketing plan - Identify any risk(s) noted during the
course of execution of your duties and formally report to your immediate
supervisor

Experience:
Experience:
- The applicant for the National Medical
Stores (NMS) Sales & Marketing Officer career job should hold a Diploma
in Biomedical Laboratory Technology or Diploma in Medical Laboratory
technology - Additional training in Customer Service is
an added advantage - At least two years of related working
experience - Computer literacy skills
