responsible for handling administrative matters, handle accounts matters, submit
quarterly accountability reports to Headquarters in Nairobi, Kenya, file
various account/administrative correspondences and ensure proper record
maintenance, and performs any other duties as required by immediate supervisor,
the Country Director or his/her assignee.
Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the AICAD
Administrative Assistant job must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business
Administration (with a bias in Accounting) - Computer literacy skills i.e. proficiency
in MS Office applications - A minimum of three years of related
working experience. - Possession of a professional qualification
in Accounting will be an added advantage. - Age: Below 40 years
