clients in the Mid-Western / Central Regions.

Job Summary: The Branch
Credit Supervisor is responsible for leading a dedicated team of Credit
Officers, Direct Sales Representatives, and Recovery Agents at a branch to
ensure consistent growth of the loan book. The supervisor is also responsible
for leading the branch’s efforts in maintaining a clean and healthy loan
portfolio.

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s
Degree in Business studies, Social Works or related field. - A minimum of three years’ experience in
credit, working in a reputable and busy Bank, MFI or SACCO. - Prior supervisory experience shall be an
added advantage. - Fluent in English (written/oral) and basic
knowledge in at least ONE local language of the area. - Computer literacy skills
- Hold a clean and valid Class A Driving
permit
