Job Summary: The Capacity
Building Officer will be responsible for coordinating the design, delivery and
monitoring and evaluation of evidence-based training and mentorship for
managers (at district & facility level) and health care workers in the MUg
supported districts, contributing to the strengthening of systems’ capacity to
deliver quality, sustainable care and support for people living with HIV and
other emerging health issue.
Building Officer will be responsible for coordinating the design, delivery and

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Mildmay
Capacity Building Officer job opportunity must hold a degree in Health
Care with a post graduate training in Medical Education, MPH or Health
Services management or related field. - Possess a clean and valid practicing
License with a relevant professional body. - A minimum of three years of reaching
experience in a health services context; - Previous experience/knowledge of HIV
and/or other chronic illnesses plus project planning and co-ordination is
desirable. - The ideal applicant should uphold the
Christian ethos of Mildmay Uganda.
