Coordinator

training to millions of beneficiaries around the world. The ARC seeks to
promote peaceful and safe communities where men and women have equal rights and
communities can access locally owned, high-quality services.
Coordinator will primarily be responsible for the overall implementation of ARC
programs in Bidi Bidi Refugee settlement. The incumbent will provide overall
leadership and management support to program teams to allow for efficient
program implementation and budget management. He/she, as Head of Office, will
also provide leadership and management support to operations (Finance,
Logistics and as well as Administration) in order to ensure adequate, effective
and on-time support to program implementation.
Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the American
Refugee Committee (ARC) International Area Coordinator job opportunity
must hold a Master’s degree in Development Studies, Social Work, and
Public Health or in any related field. - At least five years of program management
experience with similar Protection / GBV programs serving refugees,
internally displaced populations, or other conflict and post-conflict
populations. - Demonstrated management skills and ability
to work independently. - Practical knowledge of financial
management tools and - Excellent computer, writing and
communication skills, including proven report writing skills.
