  represent our company, and therefore you act accordingly. The incumbent
  will ensure client journey tickets are checked so we can provide
  information for the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle for all staff involved in
  client touch activities.
• Health: By protecting the
  client from over-financing and protecting the company from unhealthy
  credit portfolios.

• The ideal candidates for the Loans Officer
  jobs must hold Bachelor’s Degrees in Micro-finance or an equivalent from a
  reputable university.
• At least two years of related work
  experience. Relevant experience in Renewable energy is an added advantage.
• Highly motivated and passionate about
  work.
• Pay keen attention to detail.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Team player / People Management skills.
• Computer literacy skills i.e. proficiency
  in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Language Proficiency: The candidate
  must be able to speak all these languages i.e. Rutoro, Luo, Langi, Acholi and English..
