Refugee Committee (ARC) International
Officer
nonprofit, nonsectarian organization that provides humanitarian assistance and
training to millions of beneficiaries around the world. The ARC seeks to
promote peaceful and safe communities where men and women have equal rights and
communities can access locally owned, high-quality services.
Assistant will be responsible for implementing and providing sanitation and hygiene
services. The incumbent will work in liaison with PoCs to ensure efficient
delivery of safe water, sanitation and hygiene practices in the assigned zones.
Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the American
Refugee Committee (ARC) International Sanitation Assistant job opportunity
must hold a University degree in Sanitation Engineering / Health Education
& Promotion / Public health / Disaster risk reduction or Social
sciences. - At least three years or more working
experience in a similar field. - Possession of TOT training in either
PHAST, CHAST, CLTS or DRR methodologies would be a an added advantage - Strong knowledge of the local population
