About Compassion Project:
Mityana Diocese Church of Uganda and Mityana Pentecostal Church (PAG) have
Child Development Centres. They are currently working in partnership with
Compassion International in the Ministry of Nurturing Poor Children, and
releasing them from poverty in Jesus name.

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a consistence witness for Jesus
Christ with a Christ like attitude in dealing with families - Serves as an advocate for children and
care givers - Prepare and implement partner plans and
budgets - Actively participate in preparation of
program activities and financial reports - Keenly monitors and evaluates performance
of home based interventions. - Caries out home visits, group activities
and supports the church in identifying home-based beneficiaries
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The ideal candidate must hold a Diploma in
Nursing, Midwifery, Community Health, Nutrition, Clinical Medicine, Child
Development, Education, Theology, Social Work and Social Science related
disciplines. - The applicant must be a mature born again
Christian who demonstrates involvement in church ministry - Computer literacy skills
- Good steward of high integrity with
ability to stimulating environment for children - Previous exposure, experience and
knowledge of maternal child health and social intervention programming will
be an added advantage. - Age: Between 22 – 35 years
