operates as a holding company and through its subsidiaries provides emergency
loans to individuals in the East African region.
Job Summary: The Sales Account
Manager will mainly be responsible for increasing sales volume in accordance
with company policies and procedures.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities:   
  • Manage a portfolio for police and prisons
    to achieve long-term success.
  • Build positive relationships with Police
    and Prison Officers.
  • Serve as a point of contact and handle
    Police and Prison individual needs.
  • Generate new business using existing and
    potential Police and Prison networks.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to
    Prison and Police clients in a timely manner.
  • Supervise Prison and Police
    Representatives to ensure sales increase.
  • Report on the status of Police and Prison
    loans as aligned with company objectives.
  • Keenly monitor sales metrics (e.g.
    quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Suggest actions to improve sales
    performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
  • The ideal candidates for the Sales Account
    Manager jobs should preferably hold Bachelor’s Degrees in any relevant
    field.
  • At least two years’ experience in a
    similar position preferably in a financial institution.
  • Computer literacy skills
  • Good leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation
    skills.
  • Ability to deliver projects and answer
    queries on time.
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving
    attitude.
  • Willingness to learn.
