Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- In charge of tendering
- Responsible for material requirements analysis
- In charge of the preparation of valuations
and variations - Manage contractual correspondences
- Responsible for projects monitoring
- Perform any other duties as assigned by
management.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicants should preferably hold a Degree / National Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
- At least seven years’ experience in the field
with knowledge on estimation and costing. - Computer literacy skills are mandatory.
