Job Summary: The
Qualifications Officer (Assessment
& Certification Implementation) will take part in organizing and
implementing programmes and initiatives for assessment and certification
Qualification by DIT.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The jobholder will manage the Assessment
and Certification process; - Take part in the development of the costed
work plans for the Section; - Organize validation workshops and update
the Assessment & Certification implementation; - Manage and supervise dissemination of
Assessment & Certification materials to centres; - Perform routine inspection of assessment
centres;
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The applicant should preferably hold an
Honors’ Bachelor’s Degree in Vocational /Technical Education and Training
with a Postgraduate Qualification in any of the relevant
Vocational/Technical discipline with a bias to vocational training
pedagogy or Competence Based Education and Training (CBET) or equivalent
qualification from a recognized University/Institution; - Registered with the Ministry of Education
and Sports. - Extensive knowledge of conducting
occupational examination in tertiary institution and training will be
considered as added advantage.
