Job Summary: The Receiving
Supervisor will mainly ensure smooth operations of receiving section.

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Tasked
with receiving the birds. - Supervising
and training receiving staff - Ensure
all people are around for easy work. - Ensure
that the work station is cleaned after work. - Ensure
that all birds are put in the crates and are counted. - Ensure
all the chicken is clean, no feathers and the chicken is good for human consumption. - Should
know the number and the weights of the birds received - Ensure
proper training for the new staff. - Perform
any other roles as assigned from time to time
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The
applicant should at least hold a Diploma in Animal Production with
experience in an FMCG environment - Detail oriented and works with a high
degree of accuracy - Highly organized and flexible
- Ability to multitask and meet changing
deadlines - Must be self directed and able to complete
projects with limited supervision - Numeric Literacy and ability to work for
long hours and at night - Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Keen
attention to details - Ability
to work calmly under pressure and within a big dynamic team - Excellent
interpersonal skills - Ability
to manage a complex workload and work to tight deadlines - Good
time management skills - Conflict
