and R & D. RCS is recruiting for their client, a Uganda based commodity
broker but with a regional presence.
Job Summary: The Deputy
Manager Contracts should support the Company’s trading of commodities.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities:   
  • Support the Manager Contracts with sales
    contracts along with related responsibilities,
  • On-board prospects and turn them into
    profitable trading accounts.
  • Keenly monitor the export of key
    commodities that the organization deals in,
  • Be involved in day-to-day operations by
    analyzing market trends, develop trade ideas and execute deals.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:  
  • The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree
    from a leading University in business or economics
  • Previous work experience in
    finance/trading is advantageous.
  • Highly ambitious with entrepreneurial
    mind-set.
  • Fast and efficient work ethic with
    attention to detail.
  • Excellent sales and analytical skills with
    the ability to close deals.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Should be a values driven person.
