About Compassion Project:
Bushenyi – Kamwenge Cluster Child Ministry has Development Centres
located at Kigarama C.O.U, Rweibare C.O.U, Mitooma C.O.U, Kihunda Full Gospel
Church and Rutooma Full Gospel Church in Districts of Mitooma & Sheema.
They are currently working in partnership with Compassion International in the
Ministry of Nurturing Poor Children, and releasing them from poverty in Jesus
name.

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a consistent witness for Jesus
Christ with Christ like attitude in dealing with families. - Act as an advocate for children and
caregivers. - Prepare and implement partner plans and
budgets. - Take part in the preparation of program
activities and financial reports. - Regularly monitors and evaluates
performance of Home Based Interventions. - Carries out home visits, group activities
and supports the church in identifying home based beneficiaries.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The ideal candidates should preferably
hold Diplomas in Nursing, Midwifery, Community Health, Nutrition, Clinical
Medicine, Education and Social Work related disciplines. - The applicants must be born again
Christian that demonstrates involvement in church ministry. - Computer literacy skills
- Good steward of high integrity with
ability to design a stimulating environment for children. - Previous experience and knowledge in Early
Child hood (ECD), GOBIFFF components, Maternal Child health and social
Intervention programs will be an added advantage, - Age: Between 22-40 years
