Job Summary: The project director is mainly
responsible for the overall management, planning, guiding, directing and
reporting of all the activities in the child development center

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Tasked with the design of implementation
strategies for every component of activities in child development center - Plan, implement and report on all
activities of children i.e. spiritually, economically, socially and
cognitively - Manage the resource of the organization
- The jobholder will represent the
center/organization in all occasions - Design monitoring and evaluation tools
which are instrumental for activity based monitoring and reporting in the
center - Work closely with church leaders and other
partner organization for smooth implementation of activities in the center - Prepare activity monthly work plan and
reports for all implementation and submit to church overseer copied to
compassion international - Tasked with teaching and modeling the
Christian faith and. rules to children and caregivers as well as leading
an exemplary Christian life - Provide advocacy for children who cannot
speak for themselves and caregivers who live in poverty - Carry out children correspondence
- Carry out any other duties that may be
assigned from time to time by church overseer
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The applicant should preferably hold a
bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Social Work and Social
Administration, Development Studies, Education, Child Ministry and any
other related field is required. - A minimum of three years’ experience in
leadership and community work especially in child related Organization - Christian maturity characterized by strong
Christian testimony, a heart for ministry and knowledge of the scriptures. - Strong Interpersonal relationship and
counseling skills. - Excellent communication and written skills
- Ability to learn new things and work
beyond normal working hours as need arises. - Computer literacy skills
- Age: 27-40 years
