Job Summary: The Surveyor
will be planning and coordinating a comprehensive construction surveys to
establish lines and grades within the construction site

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Tasked with coordinating comprehensive
Roads and other civil constructions surveys to establish lines and grades
within the construction site. - Making exact measurements and determine
property boundaries. - The jobholder will also prepare or
supervise preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and
documents related to surveys. - Routinely inspects to ensure that proper
compliance with construction specifications is adhered to.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the AIRD Surveyor
job placement should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with/or
Diploma in Road/ Infrastructure Surveyoring or Bachelors’ degree in Land
surveying and geometries or any other related qualification with emphasis
in surveying OR BS. Civil Engineering with/or Diploma in Road Surveying - At least three years’ experience in the
Roads & Infrastructure field - Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills. - Excellent leadership, motivational and
presentation skills. Willingness to work in any part of the country. - Works well under pressure and able to be
up to the deadlines - Good computer skills
