Job Summary: The Project
Manager will primarily implement the Uganda Clean Cooking Supply Chain
Expansion Project (UCSEP) program in partnership with ENVIROFIT and Build
Uganda. The incumbent will keenly monitor the impact of the concluded Kitobo
Energy Program in partnership with the partner company. The jobholder will also
seek opportunities for new energy
programs in the country

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Formulating commercial strategies for the distribution of ICSs
- Tasked with creating and monitoring the
organization tools and processes needed for implementing the distribution
strategies - Responsible for achieving the sales target
in terms of quantity and margins - Selecting the sales promoters and the
branch managers - Creating and implementing incentives
schemes for the sales promoters and the branch managers - Managing the logistics
- Monitoring constantly the sales level, the
distribution channels and the payment of the stoves - Tasked with overseeing the promotions and
all other activities linked to the marketing strategy - Creating and Implementing awareness campaigns
and communication campaigns in
partnership with ENVIROFIT - Supervise the activities in Kitobo Island
on a monthly bases - Identify opportunities for new energy
programs, and write project proposals under the supervision of the Energy Focal
Point - Perform any other duties identified by the
country representative or the energy focal point
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The ideal candidate should be a candidate
of any Nationality with a University degree, preferable in Business or
Marketing - One year of professional experience in
sales with an NGO or a private Company - Knowledge of the ICSs industry is highly
desirable - Proven ability to work proactively and
independently, as well as in a team - Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Computer literacy i.e. proficiency in Microsoft
Office (particularly Word, Excel and Power Point)
