Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing budget,
accounting and final accounting; - Tasked with managing budget, improving
project profit by analysis project data and giving suggestion on project
delivery; - Strictly controlling budget authorization
to avoid budget overrun, making alert timely and effectively to monitor
and manage risk; - The jobholder will also be responsible for
the accuracy of accounting data including revenue, controllable cost (
sub-con cost and HR cost), AR, AP, Inventory and manage each cost item; - Responsible final accounting and project
closure summary, comparing the updated budget and final accounting data,
analysis the GAP of revenue and profit and make some experience summary as
future projects’ reference. - Timely close contract revenue, clear
project materials - Make payment to sub-con and release
guarantee etc. - Provide support in some administrative duties
in the office.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The applicant should hold a Bachelor’s
degree in a finance-related course - Prior experience in one of the big four
audit firms - Capable to manage project independently
- Good team ethics
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to speak Chinese
