Job Summary: The Monitoring
and Evaluation Officer will steer the design, implementation, and
sustainability of a Monitoring and Evaluation system for Musana projects
reflecting the organizational impact in health, education, skill development,
and overall community outreach.

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The ideal candidate should preferably hold
a Diploma or Degree in relevant field of study - A minimum of four years’ experience in an
NGO. - Skilled and experience in designing,
planning, and implementation of M&E tools and systems using
quantitative, qualitative, and participatory methodology - Good information analysis and report
writing skills - Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft
Office - Excellent skills in using statistical
software packages for design, data entry, and analysis with the capacity
to train others (SPSS, Epi info, Tableau, etc.) - Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional written and verbal
communication skills - Fluency in spoken English and Lusoga
