About US:
Andre Foods International is a registered consultancy firm in Uganda
with a broad-based approach to different scientific and humanitarian
challenges.  AFC provides
multi-dimensional solutions to particularly food processing, food security,
nutrition, water and sanitation, training, environment and research. The firm
has been involved in consultancy work with government, industrialists, local
clients, as well humanitarian work for international Non-governmental
organizations (NGOs) and the UN agencies.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities:  
  • Support monitoring and evaluation tasks
    (planning, coordination of monitoring activities, training of staff, data
    collection, cleaning and analysis);
  • Support adherence to the project M&E
    framework.
  • Render support in the on-going data
    collection, processing and analysis for project evaluation purposes.
  • Identify gaps and facilitate the
    development of M&E –related capacities among staff and other key
    stakeholders to ensure participation, enable ownership and facilitate
    quality of data collection, management and use.     
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate should preferably hold
    a University Degree in Statistics, Economics and Statistics, Quantitative
    Economics.
  • At least two years of working experience
    in the same field.
  • One (1) year of experience in managing M
    & E data Bases is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in speaking any of these
    languages Lugbara, Madi and Kiswahili will be an added advantage.
