organization with the main aim of protecting and seeking durable solutions for
Refugees and IDPs in Africa in partnership with UNHCR the UN refugee agency.
Human Resource will support the Human Resource Officer in coordinating AIRD HR
Activities. The jobholder will work closely with the HR Officer and other staff
to ensure that all HR tasks are carried out in accordance with the Project
guidelines.
Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the AIRD Assistant
Human Resource job placement should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human
Resources Management or General Management or any other bachelors’ degree
in Business Studies with a major in Human Resource Management. - At least two years of human resource
practice preferably in an NGO. - Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills. - Ability to represent and report writing
skills. (Leadership skills) - Willingness to work in any part of the
country. - Ability to work under pressure with
minimum supervision. - Computer Skills
