Job Summary: The
Administrative Secretary / Admin Assistant will perform administrative and
office support activities for multiple supervisors. The incumbent will be
relieving the supervisor of administrative details by preparing considerable
correspondence, compiling and summarizing data into concise form.

Experience:

- The ideal candidate for the AIRD
Administrative Secretary / Admin Assistant job placement should hold a
Bachelor’s degree in office management or any other business related
course with major in office management. - A minimum of two years working experience
preferably in an NGO setting - Highly self-motivated
- Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills. - Ability to represent and report writing
skills. - Advanced computer skills in Ms Word,
Excel, PowerPoint presentation, Creating forms, org charts, mail merges,
labels, name tags, charts and graphs, pivot tables, presentations with
animation and sound - Ability to work under pressure with
minimum supervision. - Willingness to work in any part of the
country
