Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Actively contribute to the definition of
programmatic strategy - Tasked with coordinating and leading on
project proposal development - Leading on external reporting including
effective monitoring and support for donor compliance - Responsible for networking and representation
of HI as relevant - Overseeing the progress, relevance and
quality of programmes implemented through ensuring and implementing
effective monitoring and quality assurance frameworks with a strong focus
on LRRD - Team Management
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Handicap
International Operations Coordinator job opportunity should have at least
three years’ experience in a senior NGO programme position preferably
within both emergency and development set up - Previous experience with Handicap
International is an added advantage - Advanced planning, assessment, analytical,
leadership and management skills - Skills and experience in funding proposal
development - Previous experience in dealing with donors
- Strong working knowledge of English
(spoken and written) - Excellent networking capacities
- Good communication capacities
- Computer literacy i.e. proficiency in
Microsoft applications
Job Benefits:
- Salary: 2750 € (gross) / month regarding the experience of the
candidate - Perdiem: 517 (net)
