Job Summary: The Clinical
Facilitator/Nurse-Midwifery Tutor will support the midwives and nurses in the
clinical facilitation of students’ nurses, clinical officers and interns. Build
the capacity of health workers in the hospital to provide bed-side teaching and
implement competency based learning.

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The applicant should be a Qualified
Nurse/Midwifery tutor - At least five years of proven professional
experience - Fully accredited
- Proven experience in maternal and newborn
health - Prior experience in organization and
personnel capacity building - Experience in mentoring and training
students and colleagues and facilitating workshops - Excellent interpersonal skills and
suitable character to work in a slow-paced environment which can be
bureaucratic (requiring patience and tenacity) - Conceptual and analytic thinking
- Highly flexible and used to working with
limited resources - Initiative, self-motivated
- Proactive, supportive and accommodative.
