Administration Manager supports operations by supervising staff; planning,
organizing, and implementing administrative systems.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain administrative staff by
recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training of employees; - The Manager will maintain safe and secure
work environment. 111. Accomplish staff planning, appraising job results,
and disciplining employees by enforcing systems, policies and procedures, - Perform general administrative roles.
- Work closely with Accounts for budget
preparation, scheduling expenditures and monitoring costs. - The jobholder will also benchmark other
professional standards to improve performance. - Perform any other duties as tasked by
management.
Experience:
- The ideal candidate should have extensive
knowledge and experience in HR and administration - At least three years of related experience
working in a customer service/service focused environment - Strong HR/Administration skills,
previously gained in a fast-paced environment. - Computer literacy skills i.e. proficient
in MS Word & MS Excel. - Excellent written and verbal communication
skills, dealing with employees and managers. - Broad knowledge and understanding of HR
administrative practices including contract generation. - Creative mind will be essential
