Job Summary: The Operations
Manager will be responsible for the management of the field security
operations, Treasuring and meeting PSG performance standards.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities:  
  • Tasked with the day-to-day management of
    the force.
  • The incumbent will actively engage with
    clients to meet their security requirements, in. Liaise with client and
    stakeholders to track current security problems and find solutions
  • Carry out performance appraisals of the
    force in liaison with other managers.
  • Overall management and direction of the
    Operational Support Team.
  • Deploy and responsible for all operational
    response teams, manage Mobile Incident Responders, Foot and truck Patrols
  • Conduct / arrange site surveys to identify
    risks and develop appropriate solution to do system design in order to
    meet customer needs.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by
    management.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate should preferably hold
    a Bachelor’s or relevant equivalent experience. 
  • The ideal candidate should
    at least have five years experience in a similar role
  • Exposure to security and industry
    certification will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and liaison
    skills.
  • High degree of personal initiative and
    ability to drive the team to deliver success.
  • Highly flexible, organized and able to
    work under pressure and/or for long hours.
  • Confident, well presented with excellent
    attention to detail
  • A strong work ethic, focusing on respect
    for client deadlines.
  • Computer literacy skills i.e. proficiency
    in MS Office applications: Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
