Manager will be responsible for the management of the field security
operations, Treasuring and meeting PSG performance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Tasked with the day-to-day management of
the force. - The incumbent will actively engage with
clients to meet their security requirements, in. Liaise with client and
stakeholders to track current security problems and find solutions - Carry out performance appraisals of the
force in liaison with other managers. - Overall management and direction of the
Operational Support Team. - Deploy and responsible for all operational
response teams, manage Mobile Incident Responders, Foot and truck Patrols - Conduct / arrange site surveys to identify
risks and develop appropriate solution to do system design in order to
meet customer needs. - Perform any other duties as assigned by
management.
Experience:
- The ideal candidate should preferably hold
a Bachelor’s or relevant equivalent experience. - The ideal candidate should
at least have five years experience in a similar role - Exposure to security and industry
certification will be an added advantage. - Excellent communication and liaison
skills. - High degree of personal initiative and
ability to drive the team to deliver success. - Highly flexible, organized and able to
work under pressure and/or for long hours. - Confident, well presented with excellent
attention to detail - A strong work ethic, focusing on respect
for client deadlines. - Computer literacy skills i.e. proficiency
in MS Office applications: Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
