Key Duties and
Responsibilities:  
  • Supervise guards on duty on a 24-hour
    basis
  • The incumbent will also ensure staffing,
    scheduling and on-site training of guards
  • Ensure that training and screening
    elements for guards have been met
  • Ensure quality of service through
    regularly inspecting and auditing each facility assigned to his/her area.
  • Actively participate in selection and
    placement of guards to sites in his/her area.
  • Must ensure force discipline
  • Conduct and / or oversee all training for
    guards reporting
  • Determine and prepare appropriate training
    programs specific to local customer needs.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate should preferably
    possess Diploma in any field from a reputable University / College.
  • At least five years of law enforcement
    experience
  • Service in either military or police
    forces
  • Experience in private Security company
  • Proof of service is required.
  • Effective oral and written communication
    skills
  • Active listening skills
  • Ability to assess and evaluate situations
    effectively
  • Ability to identify critical issues
    quickly and accurately
  • Ability to operate radio equipment.
