documentaries, features and promos within set deadlines for both NTV / SPARK TV.
- Receive
video and audio materials on tapes from Reporters and Producers and
preview material received to ascertain the quality - Piece
together the pictures and sound of material received to tell the story by
enhancing the quality of the programme with appealing music, visual and
sound effects - Ensure
that the programme is of the required time and duration without distorting
the message - In
charge of recording/downloading news clips and programs on tapes for the
transmission desk to be aired within set deadlines
- The
applicant should preferably hold a good university degree - Possession
of a Professional Diploma in Film & Video Production (will be of an
added advantage) - Three
or more years of practical work experience in a TV station or an
established Production House - Multilingual
Voice-over and Subtitling programming capability - Fluency
in English language (both spoken and written) - Possess
the ability to remain calm, in control and good humored even under
pressure - Ability
to work long and odd hours in a fast paced environment
