Job Summary: The Data Entry
Clerk will identify and correct errors in the personal data of clients of the
Bank.

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Identify
the errors in the clients’ records. - Make
repeat calls to existing customers to clarify their information in the
system. - The
jobholder will also correct the errors in clients’ details in the system
using source documents. - Prepare
and maintain a register on the clients contacted and their feedback - Forward
all new documentation received from clients to the Banking Officer
in charge of Customer Care.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The
applicants for the Data Clerk jobs should at lead hold an Advanced level
qualification. A diploma will be an added advantage. - Work
experience of data entry will be an added advantage. - Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. - Keen
on detail and accuracy. - Proficient
typing skills. - Computer
skills and having basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. - Good
customer service. - Good
time management practice. - Good
spelling and punctuation skills are necessary. - High
degree of confidentiality.
