Job Summary: The Project
Manager – REACH Project will provide overall management and technical back
stopping on Water, sanitation, hygiene and Child Protection in the project area
and networking with various stakeholders including UN Agencies to achieve World
Vision’s child well being out comes.

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Manage quality project implementation,
including proper data capturing using World Vision International approved
data tracking systems or simple project level data capturing tools able to
demonstrate project impact while ensuring all controls are in place. - Networking and stakeholder engagement:
Coordinate and liaise with partners including donors, UN agencies and
government through Coordination meetings and other related forums as a
basis of fronting WVU WASH agendas. - Actively participate in fund raising
initiatives through proposal writing and other avenues - The jobholder will compile and submit
internal and external reports as per the stipulated Organizational and
donor requirements using the right templates to the donors, Response
Manager and WASH Programme Manager. - Oversee project assets and ensure proper
project budget management to avoid both over and under expenditure. - Tasked with performance management for all
staffs reporting directly to the WASH Project Manager position - Offer technical support to the M&E
team in documenting good practices and other key learning areas on WASH. - Build capacity of the Project team on
implementation of WASH and how it integrates with other technical
programmes like child protection, Education and Livelihood.

Experience:
Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the World Vision
Project Manager – REACH Project job placement must hold a Bachelor’s
degree in Water/Civil Engineering or related disciplines. - Possession of a Master’s degree in Public
Health or Water or related disciplines from a recognized University is an
added advantage - A minimum of five years’ experience in
implementing health, and WASH related activities of preferably with an NGO - Sound people management skills
- Very strong facilitation and communication
skills - Ability to write technical reports and
proposals - Demonstrated computer literacy (MS Office
Suite: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and databases)
