Job Summary: The Operations
Manager will support management’s efforts in the day-to-day implementation of
policies, procedures and programs that will assure a well managed, well
maintained portfolio of CCHCL’s residential and commercial properties, and the
Church’s land assets.

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Land Management: Identify and
protect Church land – work with Dioceses to survey and map church land,
advise on land development matters, ensure sustainable and effective use
and management of land for socio-economic gain for the church, Land lease
management - Client service: Respond to
tenant requests / challenges, generate work orders directed to maintenance
of staff and contractors, follow up with the tenants to ensure
satisfactory resolution of the issues. - Tasked with the management of Property
tenancy agreements - In charge of records management
- Provide support in administering tenancy
occupancy - Assist with establishment of Property
Management Plan, preventive maintenance policies and procedures as well as
property operations manual. - Prepare and submit monthly reports to the
Group CEO - Perform any other related duties as maybe
assigned from time to time
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s
degree in Engineering / Property Management / Economics / Business
Administration - Qualifications in Land Management will be
an added advantage - A minimum of two years relevant work
experience - Good team player
- Highly innovative and proactive
- Possess strong Christian values in
character and deeds - Proven ability to work with minimum direct
supervision, good interpersonal skills - Good land management skills.
- English communication skills (oral &
written) - Computer literacy skills i.e. proficiency
in MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint - Previous exposure and experience with
maintenance accounting software - Ability to prioritize and multitask
