- The ideal candidate for the Program
Officer job placement must hold a degree
in social sciences, development studies or a related field. - A
minimum of two years’ experience in project management - One
year of experience working with refugees and host communities - Computer
literacy skills with practical knowledge of MS Office - Previous
experience in organizational development, access to justice and
human rights awareness - Excellent
people, written, oral, presentation and IT communication skills - Good
monitoring and evaluation skills including the capacity to generate
evidence based data - Ability
to work in a faced environment with minimum supervision - Basic
skills of financial management and knowledge of local languages
