Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Perform roles of preparing and
consolidating the capex budget for the year - Ensure that the RFA purchases, transfers
and disposals are filled in the appropriate way and approved according to
the chart of authority - The jobholder will record purchases,
transfers and disposal into sap and reconciling with general ledger - Manage Investments (IM) creation and
Investments management planning - Manage the physical verification process
for all company fixed assets - Keenly monitor Capex reports for
management - Manage the stock taking process ,
recording the physical with the system balances - Process journals vouchers in the system.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s
Degree in Finance/ Accounting. - Professional accounting qualification i.e.
ACCA/CPA is an added advantage - At least four years’ experience in
Financial accounting role - Previous experience in FMCG environment
- Highly analytical skills
- Keen attention to detail
- High degree of integrity and Honesty,
honesty, flexibility and analytical ability.
