Job Summary: The Human
Resource Officer is mainly responsible for providing day-to-day human resource
administrative services at the centre. The incumbent shall provide technical
backup to the departmental staff and shall facilitate all the internal
communications between the human resource department and other departments.

- The ideal candidate for the Human Resource
Officer job placement must hold a good Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource
Management. - Possession of a Post Graduate Diploma in
Human Resource Management will be an added advantage. - A minimum of two years’ experience working
a in a large and busy organisation. - Exposure to donor funded projects will be
an added advantage. - Capability and willingness to take
responsibility and highly developed sense of integrity. - Ready to comply and live up to and in
accordance with the JCRC policies and Core Values.
