- The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s
degree in Civil Engineering. - Hold a Diploma in Water Engineering
- At least three years’ experience with two years
in Water works - Previous experience in the preparation of
bids (Bills of quantities, Technical Proposal i.e. Method statements,
etc.) is mandatory - Ability to MS Project
