Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Management
- Tasked with visioning and leadership
- In charge of program management
- Human Resource and Performance Management
- Responsible for financial management and
risk analysis - In charge of advocacy management
- Funding Partnership management
Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s
degree in Agriculture, Development Studies, or Business Administration or
a related field of Management. A Masters Degree and/or postgraduate
training is art added advantage - At least eight years of professional
experience with five years at a relevant senior management/ decision
making position - Excellent People Management skills
- Transformational leadership
- Excellent communication, negotiation and
presentation skills - Show passion for our mission, and business
growth - Proven fundraising skills and financial
savvy
