Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the corporate and travel
agent room sales for the hotel. - Clear understanding of the group’s
business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet
those goals. - Identify new markers and business opportunities
and increase sales. - Conducts daily sales calls and arrange
site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients. - Provide quick and timely responses,
immediate communication to the properties, develop professional long term
business relationships. - Executes and supports the operational
aspects of business booked - Tasked with acquiring and developing new
business accounts and preparing sales proposals for clients. - Closely following up on all business leads
within a 24 hour response time line to clients.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The applicants for the Sales &
Marketing Executive jobs must hold University Degrees in Marketing,
Chartered Institute of Marketing or Bachelors of Business Administration
Degree or related professional Marketing Qualification. - At least three to five years of practical
experience in Sales and Marketing. - A minimum of three years’ experience in
sales and marketing preferably with reputable hotels and resorts. - The applicant should be marketing-oriented
with high level of integrity and professionalism. - Prior experience of dealing with
corporates, NGOs and Embassies. - Excellent communication and Interpersonal
Skills. - Innovative and self driven.
- Excellent skills in computer particularly
MS office - Previous exposure and experience in Biding
and Documentation - Skills and experience in contract
negotiations
