- The applicant must hold a Higher/Ordinary
Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institution. - At least two to three years’ experience.
- Computer literacy skills with proficiency
in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD - Good organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
