Uganda with a mission to improve accessibility to essential medicines.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate, implement and review Human
Resource policies; - The incumbent will negotiate contract
support services as required; and CBA - Coordinate training, workplace safety
programs and development activities; - Maintain effective communications within
the organization and with key external stakeholders - Manage the recruitment processes;
performance and appraisal - Handle staff records, grievances,
discipline and coordinate emergencies; - Provide support with public relations and
CSR functions;
Experience:
- The Senior Human Resources Officer will
hold a BHRM /BA (SS) /BA (SWASA) or equivalent/ (Must be a registered
member of the HRMAU) - Possession of a Post graduate Diploma in
Management and Labour Relations - At least three years of related work
experience - Mature to handle diverse staff
- Ability to multi task and keep to
deadlines - Excellent oral/written English and
communication skills, proficient MS- Office - Results oriented, self driven but able to
work as part of a team
