Job Summary: The Regional
Financial Inclusion Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the regional
Financial Inclusion initiatives/ programs to maximize growth of bank’s share of
customers on the market in line with the set Financial Inclusion strategy.

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Tasked with agent identification,
selection and contracting to ensure; delivery of regional targets, monitor
compliance to agent standards, analyze customer behavior patterns through
various parameters to generate insights to attract new joiners - Formulate initiatives and campaigns to
grow customers, set targets and policies for the branch supervisor team,
support the network to ensure delivery of set targets and carryout market
intelligence for new innovations. - The incumbent will coordinate regional
trainings for both branches and agents, support and coordinate financial
inclusion activities, oversee agents training, product knowledge and
enhancement activities. - Carry out annual agent engagements and
trainings and support the monitoring and tracking of the success and
effectiveness of training programmes within FI division. - Generate monthly, quarterly and weekly
reports on the sales trends and agent performance. - Train, develop and motivate staff in
assigned region, participate in the recruitment of staff and Manage
performance and productivity of the staff. - Lead persons in identifying customer
needs/insights for incorporation in FI strategy/plans, maintain healthy
relationships with all partners and agents and draw strategies to address
any issues that are raised by agents within area of supervision.

- The ideal candidate for the Centenary Bank
Regional Financial Inclusion Supervisor job placement should hold a
Bachelor’s Degree in any Discipline - At least five years’ experience in related
business /sales role and two years at leadership level (Team management) - Customer focused
- Business awareness
- Good product knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong coaching skills
- Excellent communications skills, both
orally and in writing - Sets high personal standards and is goal
oriented - An articulate speaker and a good listener
